Magellan Circle will be responsible for strategy and communication and dissemination activities as well as aspects related to gender balance and ethical requirements, assessing and monitoring the impact of the Across project at every stage, and helping to define the long-term cooperation agenda for the sustainability of the Across partnership.

Circle's stock closed Monday up 1.6 percent at EUR6.25 per share.
