All terms used in this notice and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the terms and conditions of the Securities.

Reference is made to the announcement dated18 October2018 by the Issuer in relation to the redemption of the Securities. The Securities were redeemed on 22 November 2018 by the Issuer and there are no outstanding Securities in issue. The Issuer has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the withdrawal of the listing of the Securities. Such withdrawal of listing is expected to become effective upon the close of business on 3 December 2018.
