Clearway Energy, Inc. Appoints E. Stanley O'Neal to its Audit Committee

On January 28, 2019, the board of directors of Clearway Energy, Inc. appointed E. Stanley O'Neal to the Audit Committee of the Board. As a result of Mr. O'Neal's appointment, the Audit Committee of the Board is presently comprised of three directors.
