Clearway Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CWEN.A) acquired an ownership stake in Texas Solar Nova 1 for $23 million on December 28, 2023. The project is underpinned by power purchase agreements with creditworthy counterparties with a weighted average contract duration of approximately 18 years.

Clearway Energy, Inc. is a renewable energy company.
