Cleghorn Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Meech Lake Matachewan Prospect situated in Argyle, Baden, McNeil and Robertson Townships. The property is located approximately 25 kilometers (km) northwest of Matachewan, in Northeastern Ontario, within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt and covers approximately 833.6 hectares. It has three mining claims situated in the Argyle, McNeil and Roberson Townships, approximately 55 km Southeast of Timmins, Ontario.
