Profit before tax was EGP 94.7 million compared to EGP 31.6 million a year ago. Profit for the period was EGP 76.2 million compared to EGP 23.6 million a year ago. Meanwhile, at the EBITDA level the group recorded solid gains of 47% year-on-year to EGP 77.1 million in the second quarter of 2018 while EBITDA margin expanded four percentage points to 24%. For the six months, the company reported revenues of EGP 673.8 million compared to EGP 523.9 million a year ago. EBIT was EGP 129.5 million compared to EGP 76.6 million a year ago. Profit before tax was EGP 170.0 million compared to EGP 69.3 million a year ago. Profit for the period was EGP 133.4 million compared to EGP 52.6 million a year ago. Net cash flow from operating activities was EGP 36.5 million compared to EGP 73.8 million a year ago. Payments for purchase of fixed assets were EGP 29.5 million compared to EGP 24.2 million a year ago. EBITDA for the six-month period also recorded a solid improvement, climbing 49% year-on-year to EGP 169.9 million in first half of 2018 and with an EBITDA margin of 25%. Total CapEx outlays record EGP 55.4 million. For the six months, on standalone basis, the company reported profit for the period was EGP 86,906,771 compared to EGP 39,178,938 a year ago.
