Quad-C Management, Inc. completed the acquisition of QED Technologies International, Inc. from CMC Materials, Inc.

Quad-C Management, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire QED Technologies International, Inc. from CMC Materials, Inc. on January 19, 2023. The transaction is subject to customary adjustments with respect to cash, working capital, indebtedness and transaction expenses and subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
