Tokyo, April 1, 2022 - CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.(TSE:2309) today announced the status relating to acquisition of its own shares under Article 459, paragraph 1 of the Companies Act of Japan, as follows.

• 1. Class of shares acquired: Common stock of CMIC HOLDINGS

• 2. Total number of shares acquired: 70,900 shares

• 3. Aggregate amount of acquisition cost: 107,647,694 yen

• 4. Period of acquisition: From March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022

• 5. Method of acquisition: Purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
