Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A.- Response to the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission's letter in relation to the Group's business activities in Cyprus

Athens, Greece - 28 March 2013 - Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca Cola Hellenic, Company, Group), in response to the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission's letter with protocol number 1257/27.03.2013, informs the investment community in connection to the Group's business activities in Cyprus as follows:

a) The Group entities'cash deposits over €100,000 in the Bank of Cyprus and Cyprus Popular Bank were €175,381 and €1,517,604 respectively, as at 16 March 2013.
b) The Group has no exposure to securities (shares or bonds) or other financial instruments in any of the above banks.
c) The percentage of revenues generated in Cyprus closed at 1.3% of the total Group revenues for the financial year 2012.
d) Taking into account all of the above and what is known to the Company to-date, we do not expect a material impact on the Group's turnover, financial results, or financial position. Any potential further impact from the medium-term financial and economic developments in Cyprus cannot be estimated at this stage.
