COHEN & STEERS MLP INCOME AND ENERGY OPPORTUNITY FUND, INC. On January 26, 2015, the Boards of Directors of certain Cohen & Steers open- and closed-end funds elected Mr. Dean Junkans as a member of each Fund's Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Junkans was Chief Investment Officer at Wells Fargo Private Bank from 2004 to 2014, and also served as Chief Investment Officer of the Wealth, Brokerage and Retirement group at Wells Fargo & Company from 2011 to 2014. He is currently a member, and former Chair, of the Claritas Advisory Committee at the CFA Institute, and is also a board member and Investment Committee member of Bethel University Foundation.
