Zhongwen Zaixian (Tianjin) Cultural Education Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive capital increase of CNY 8,000,000 from existing investor COL Digital Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300364) on May 31, 2021. The transaction has been approved in the 4th Directorate and the 6th Meeting of the 4th Supervisory Board and does not need the Shareholder’s Approval. As a part of the transaction, company’s registered capital will increase from CNY 2,000,000 to CNY 10,000,000 and the Company’s holdings increasing from 20% to 84%.

The Company is mainly engaged in digital content production and authorization, intellectual property (IP) cultivation and derivative development, intellectual property protection and metaverse business.
