Comforia Residential REIT Inc. announced a cash distribution (excluding cash distribution in excess of profit) of JPY 5,650 per unit or total cash distribution of JPY 4,281 million for the fiscal period ended January 31, 2024. The scheduled commencement date of cash distribution is April 19, 2024.
The company expects to pay dividend of JPY 5,660 per unit for the period ending July 31, 2024.
