Compañía de Distribución Integral Logista S A : Logista obtains Tax Compliance certification from Bureau Veritas

• This certification, along with the company's existing Criminal Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Whistleblower Channel Management certifications, demonstrates Logista's commitment to transparency and integrity in all of its activities.

Logista, one of Europe's largest logistics operators, has taken a further step in its commitment to integrity and good tax compliance by obtaining this new certification. Logista Integral, together with its subsidiaries, Logista, Logista Retail, Logista Pharma, Logista Freight, and Dronas (Nacex and Parcel), has obtained certification in Tax Compliance Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of the UNE 19602:2019 standard issued by Bureau Veritas, an independent entity, world leader in certification, inspection and testing.

This certification is a further demonstration of Logista's commitment to regulatory compliance and corporate responsibility and comes as an addition to its certifications in Criminal Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Whistleblower Channel Management. On the tax front, Logista has also adhered to the Code of Good Tax Practices since 2017 and has been submitting its Annual Tax Transparency Report to the tax authorities every year, with the aim of strengthening its cooperative relationship with them and providing a comprehensive and continuous view of the company, its business performance and the consistency of the taxation associated with the latter.

In addition, this tax compliance certification demonstrates that Logista complies with a tax risk management and control system in line with the set of principles, values, rules and guidelines that define good tax performance in order to build relationships of trust, transparency and legal certainty not only with the tax authorities, but also with its investors, other external stakeholders and society as a whole.
