Restaurant Associates partners with Dipna Anand

The new partnership will see Restaurant Associates' chefs working with Dipna to generate a new Indian offer which is centred on the celebrity chef's food style but tailored for the business.

By working with Dipna, Restaurant Associates will be bringing an authentic Indian offer to its wide client base.

Restaurant Associates, a business that provides its clients with remarkable food created by exceptional chefs, is constantly looking for ways to deliver a great culinary service.

As part of the new deal, 30 chefs from Restaurant Associates have already taken part in two training sessions and have started to provide a unique style of Indian food to customers with a focus on making the offer a healthy and tasty option.

'I had great fun during the training sessions. The chefs showed such enthusiasm for the food and I look forward to seeing them replicate the recipes for our customers.'

Dipna currently manages her family restaurant, The Brilliant located in Southall, opened by her father 41 years ago. She also runs specialist Indian cookery courses at her cookery school within the restaurant itself.

The chef is also taking part in 12 pop-up chef events where she will cook at a number of client sites.
