Reporting significant events: as per Art.234, from ASF Regulation no 5/2018;

Considering the provisions of Art.234, Para 1, Letter i) of ASF Regulation no.5/2018, the company CONPET S.A. informs the shareholders/investors regarding the conclusion of Addendum no.2 to the contract BC LUKT 411/09.12.2021 with Petrotel Lukoil S.A. by which the contract value of 685,750 RON was lowered to 305,950 RON, following the revision of the annex containing the domestic crude oil transport program for the year 2022. We hereby mention that this situation has occurred beyond the control of Petrotel Lukoil S.A..The domestic crude oil quantity whose value the above-mentioned contract was diminished by will be transported by CONPET S.A. to Petrobrazi refinery. Therefore, the diminution of the contract value with Lukoil will not bear a negative impact on CONPET S.A. business.
