Consorcio Aristos, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 908.7 million compared to MXN 720.29 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 62.08 million compared to MXN 40.49 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.12 compared to MXN 0.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.12 compared to MXN 0.08 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 1,332.81 million compared to MXN 1,150.94 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 88.19 million compared to MXN 63.53 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.17 compared to MXN 0.12 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.17 compared to MXN 0.12 a year ago.
Consorcio Aristos SAB de CV is a Mexico-based holding company primarily engaged in the real estate sector. The Companyâs main activities include the development, leasing and sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties, such as hotels and restaurants. In addition, the Company is involved in the provision of consultancy services intended for the development of architectural projects, as well as in the manufacturing and installation of steel products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Inmobiliaria Abandanes SA de CV, Pet de Frontera SA de CV, Torres, Estructuras y Postes de Puebla SA de CV (TEPSA), Alfa Proveedores y Contratistas SA de CV, Hotel Aristos Zacatecas SA de CV and Inmobiliaria Abandanes SA de CV.
