Its subsidiaries include Corimon Pinturas C.A., which is engaged in the production of paints for architectural areas, wood, traffic, industrial maintenance, marine, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and automotive finishing; RESIMON, C.A., which is a chemical company engaged in the production of synthetic resins and other chemical derivatives; Montana Grafica, C.A., which produces a range of flexible packaging, specialized in cylinder engraving and rotogravure printings for consumer goods and industrial; Cerdex C.A., which is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of tools for the painter, brushes, rollers, wire brushes and marketing of various specialties to hardware and paint stores, and Tiendas Montana, C.A., which operates a network of paint stores and accessories for decoration.
