On April 17th, the Signing Ceremony of Comprehensive Cooperation Framework Agreement between COSCO SHIPPING and Tian Jin Maritime Safety Administration was grandly held in Tian Jin. Mr. Weng Ji Qiang, Deputy General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING, and Mr. Zhao Xing Lin, Deputy Director of Tian Jin Maritime Safety Administration, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides. Mr. Liu Fu Sheng, Director of Tian Jin Maritime Safety Administration, Mr. Cai Mei Jiang, General Manager of Safety and Technical Supervision Department of COSCO Group, and Chief Engineer Wang Zhen Dong, Deputy General Manager of same department, attended the signing ceremony. Before the ceremony, Mr. Weng Ji Qiang and delegates of Tian Jin Maritime Safety Administration had held a business cooperation meeting. Led by Mr. Liu Fu Sheng, the relevant office representatives attended the meeting. In the meeting, both sides reached consensus on the aspects of future preventive mechanism of maritime affairs and information communication, etc. They expressed that they would jointly implement all those cooperative projects in good order.
