Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. (TSE:8844) agreed to acquire Cross Residence Mishuku from ORIX JREIT Inc. (TSE:8954) for ¥2.9 billion on March 31, 2023. In related transaction, ORIX JREIT Inc. (TSE:8954) agreed to acquire Cross Residence Nihonbashi Honcho from Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. (TSE:8844) for ¥2.2 billion on March 31, 2023. Cross Residence Mishuku has rental income of ¥10 million per month. The transaction is expected to complete by December 1, 2023.
