We, Country Group Development Public Company Limited (" Company"), would like to inform that
The resignation of Mr. Chatchai Chordokrak from the position of Company Secretary, Head of Compliance, Member of the Investment Committee, Executive Director - Accounts and Finance Division, the person taking the highest responsibility in finance and accounting, with effect from 1 August 2022 onwards.
The Company is currently of nomination process of new Company Secretary in replacement of the vacant position, and shall inform to the Stock Exchange of Thailand respectively.
The appointment of Miss Umaporn Pornpimolwat as Executive Director - Accounts & Finance Division, the person taking the highest responsibility in finance and accounting, in replacement of vacant position of Mr. Chatchai Chordokrak, the resigned executive, with the effect from 1 August 2022 onwards.
