Foncière des Régions: Philippe Boyer appointed Director of Innovation




Foncière des Régions is appointing Philippe Boyer as Innovation Director of its newly-created Innovation Department. Mr Boyer has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and city planning.


Working methods, the perception of time and space and the utilisation of offices and hotels are evolving due to an environment undergoing profound and rapid transformation. Foncière des Régions intends to anticipate the surface area and service needs of tomorrow, thereby bolstering its partnership strategy by pursuing any innovations likely to meet the future needs of tenants and to improve the comfort of occupants.

Philippe Boyer will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Group's innovation work. He will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will work with all Foncière des Régions departments.


Philippe Boyer joined Foncière des Régions in 2004 and has held various positions in the Communication field. Since 2011, he has been in charge of Development, Marketing and Innovation for Urbis Park, a car park subsidiary of Foncière des Régions and Crédit Agricole Assurances. In this role, he launched innovative projects focusing on digital technology, mobility policies, customer experience as well as new payment instruments in partnership with specialist startups and Orange.

Philippe Boyer, 48, is a graduate of IEP (Institute of Political Studies) Aix-en-Provence and received an MBA from EM Lyon Business School. He is the author of a book on smart cities: "Ville connectée - vies transformées - Notre prochaine utopie ?"(1)
