Subject Change in Objectives of Capital and Utilization of Proceeds from IPO CPanel Public Company Limited

CPanel Public Company Limited ("the Company") had completed the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 21- 23, 2020 of 39,500,000 shares at 6.00 baht per share with the total amount of 237.00 million baht. After deducting expenses from IPO, the remaining balance is 220.40 million baht.

In order to ensure the most efficient money management. Combined with the spending of fund for the construction of the 2nd factory, it is expected to begin gradually drawdown from the second quarter of 2022 onwards. The Board of Directors' meeting No. 5/2021, held on November 11, 2021, therefore resolved to approve the change in objectives. As detailed in the table below.

In addition, the company would like to report the use of capital increase as of June 30, 2022 as follows:
