Credit Suisse Escalates Legal Claim Against SoftBank in $440 Million Dispute, FT Reports

--The claims concern $440 million of Credit Suisse client funds that Greensill lent to Katerra, a U.S. construction company that later filed for bankruptcy, the FT says.
