OVERSEAS REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT

ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO SIGNING CONTRACTS

This overseas regulatory announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

CRRC Corporation Limited (the "Company") has entered into certain contracts for the period from November to December, 2019, with an aggregate value of approximately RMB40.46 billion. Details of such contracts are set out below:

1. Certain subsidiaries of the Company engaged in the MUs business have entered into contracts with China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. ( 中國國家鐵路集團有限公司) in relation to the sales of MUs with an aggregate value of approximately RMB21.7 billion.
2. CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. ( 中車青島四方機車 車輛股份有限公司), a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into contracts with MTR Corporation Limited ( 香港鐵路有限公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars and accessories with an aggregate value of approximately RMB3.82 billion.
3. CRRC Wind Power (Shandong) Co., Ltd. ( 山東中車風電有限公司), a wholly- owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with China Power
   Construction Group Hebei Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. ( 中國電建集團河北省電力勘測設計研究院有限公司), Huaneng Tianzhen Wind Power Co., Ltd. ( 華能天鎮風力發電有限公司), Huaneng Yijun New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. ( 華能宜君新能源發電有限公司), Beisheng Co., Ltd. ( 北盛股 份有限公司) and China Power Construction Group Hebei Engineering Co., Ltd. ( 中 國電建集團河北工程有限公司), and China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group Northeast Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. ( 中國電力工程顧問集 團東北電力設計院有限公司), respectively, in relation to the sales of wind turbine generators and accessory equipment with an aggregate value of approximately RMB3.41 billion.
4. CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. ( 中車株洲電力機車有限公司), a
   wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into: a contract with Hunan Intercity Railway Co., Ltd. ( 湖南城際鐵路有限公司) and National Railway Corporation of Philippines ( 菲律賓國家鐵路公司), respectively, in relation to the sales of MUs with an aggregate value of approximately RMB0.7 billion; a contract

with Bureau of Metro of Monterey Mexico ( 墨西哥蒙特雷地鐵局) in relation to

the sales of light rail cars with a value of approximately RMB0.59 billion; and a contract with Haoji Railway Co., Ltd. ( 浩吉鐵路股份有限公司) in relation to the

sales of locomotives with a value of approximately RMB1.44 billion.

1. The consortium formed by CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. ( 中車 株洲電力機車有限公司) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and CRRC Dalian Co., Ltd. ( 中車大連機車車輛有限公司) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of
   the Company) has entered into a contract with Guangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. ( 廣州地鐵集團有限公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars with a value of approximately RMB2.62 billion.
2. CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. ( 中車長春軌道客車股份有限公司),
   a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into contracts with Nanchang Rail Transit Group Corporation Limited ( 南昌軌道交通集團有限公司) in relation to the sales of metro with an aggregate value of approximately RMB1.89 billion.
3. CRRC Tangshan Co . , Ltd . ( 中車唐山機車車輛有限公司), a wholly - owned
   subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Taizhou Taizhong Rail Transit Co., Ltd. ( 台州台中軌道交通公司) in relation to the sales of city railway cars with a value of approximately RMB1.26 billion.
4. CRRC Dalian Co . , Ltd . ( 中車大連機車車輛有限公司), a wholly - owned
   subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Taiyuan Railway Rail Transportation Construction and Operation Co., Ltd. ( 太原中鐵軌道交通建設運營 有限公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars with a value of RMB1.19 billion.
5. CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Rail Transport Co., Ltd. ( 南京中車浦鎮城軌車輛有限責任 公司), a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Hangzhou Metro Group Co., Ltd. ( 杭州市地鐵集團有限責任公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars with a value of approximately RMB0.75 billion.
6. CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. ( 中車南京浦鎮車輛有限公司), a
   wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a contract with Nanjing Metro Group Co., Ltd. ( 南京地鐵集團有限公司) and Nanjing Metro Operation Co., Ltd. ( 南京地鐵運營有限責任公司) in relation to the sales of metro cars with a value of approximately RMB0.56 billion.
7. Certain subsidiaries of the Company engaged in the freight wagons business have entered into contracts with China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. ( 中國國家鐵路集 團有限公司) in relation to the sales of freight wagons with an aggregate value of approximately RMB0.53 billion.

The total value of the aforementioned contracts accounts for approximately 18.5% of the revenue of the Company in 2018 under the PRC accounting standards.
