CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. Revises Consolidated and Non-Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year 2023

CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. revised consolidated and non-consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year 2023. For the period, the company revised on consolidated basis: sales to be JPY 91,000 million from JPY 87,000 million previous guidance, operating income to be JPY 9,700 million from JPY 8,500 million previous guidance, net income attributable to owners of the parent to be JPY 7,000 million from JPY 6,300 million previous guidance and net income per share to be JPY 503.67 from JPY 453.30 previous guidance.
For the period, the company revised on non consolidated basis: sales to be JPY 57,000 million from JPY 55,000 million previous guidance, net income to be JPY 6,500 million from JPY 5,800 million previous guidance and net income per share to be JPY 468.82 from JPY 417.32 previous guidance.
CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of construction consulting services for public works such as rivers, dams, roads, the environment, and information. The Company operates in two business segments. The Domestic Construction Consulting segment is conducts comprehensive consulting business such as planning, survey, planning, design, orderer support, construction management, operation and maintenance of public works in Japan, and associated system development, maintenance management, general office work consignment and others. The Overseas Construction Consulting segment provides comprehensive consulting services for all construction projects such as excavation of projects overseas, the formulation, planning, investigation, design, construction management, operation and maintenance of master plans, and building-related businesses including structural design and equipment design.
