Item 8.01 Other Events.

Effective at the close of business on April 27, 2021, shares of our common stock will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. Effective at the opening on April 28, 2021, shares of our common stock are expected to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange in Canada under the symbol "CWRK."
