NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD - CUTIX PLC

Cutix Plc ("The Company") hereby notifies the Nigeria Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and all investors of the meeting of the Directors of the Company scheduled to hold on Thursday, November 23, 2023 to consider amongst others, the Unaudited Financial Statement of the Company for the period ending, October 31, 2023.

In view of the above, the Company hereby announces the commencement of a Closed Period from Wednesday, November 1, 2023 until 24 hours after the release of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statement.

All Cutix Plc's insiders and related persons are prohibited from dealing on the Company's shares until the 2nd Quarter Unaudited Financial Statement has been made public.
