An unknown buyer agreed to acquire a 2.4% stake in Seoul City Gas Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A017390) from Daesung Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A016710) for KRW 53.7 billion on March 2, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on March 2, 2023.
