UNAUDITED OPERATING FIGURES FOR FEBRUARY 2021

The board of directors (the "Board") of DaFa Properties Group Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, for the two months ended 28 February 2021, the aggregate contracted sales of the Company, its subsidiaries and associated companies (the "Group") was approximately RMB7,012 million, the aggregate contracted gross floor area was 473,134 sq.m. and the average selling price was approximately RMB14,820 per sq.m..

The above-mentioned operating figures are unaudited and are based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from the figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Group on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collecting such information. As such, the relevant figures are strictly for information only and not for any other purposes.
