«This long anticipated reorganisation of governance responds to a need to support the company's transition to a new stage of growth. For me, it also corresponds to my decision to exclusively focus on the company's strategy and to work for more personal projects. The management team that I have set up is strong, competent, and cohesive. Thibaut Faurès Fustel de Coulanges has worked with me for nearly 10 years and his banking expertise far exceeds my own. He has perfect knowledge of the company and its operations and will be the ideal leader. As the leading Dalenys shareholder, which I intend to remain, I wish to express my total trust in him, as did the Board of Directors unanimously»

We hold fully mastered technological assets and have the confidence of the largest French merchants. Our goals are ambitious and we have the means to achieve them»
