DANSK INDUSTRI INVEST A/S With effect from 9 September 2016, Dantherm has acquired the company Schönmann AG in Zürich, Switzerland. The acquisition is fully in line with the company's strategy to strengthen its market presence in Europe.
Schönmann has distributed Dantherm products for many years and the company has more than 75 years of experience with sale of air handling products in the Swiss market.
The acquisition is fully in line with Dantherm's strategy to strengthen its market presence in Europe and it will improve the business opportunities for both companies. At the same time it is a natural step in the generational change in the Swiss company.
