DASAN Networks Inc. (KOSDAQ:A039560) signed a share transaction MOU to acquire 27.4% stake in Solueta Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A154040) from Jo Jae We for KRW 38.7 billion on April 9, 2015. Under the terms of the deal, DASAN will acquire 3 million shares of Solueta at the price of KRW 12900 per share. DASAN Networks paid a deposit of KRW 3.87 billion on May 07, 2015 and the balance of KRW 34.83 billion will on paid on June 17, 2015. The contract was signed on May 6, 2015. The transaction deposit of 10% of the total acquisition value was paid the next business day of the acquisition/sales contract date. The deal is expected to be completed on June 17, 2015. With Accounting Corporation acted as external evaluating agency in the transaction.
