Dassault Systèmes SE (ENXTPA:DSY) is looking for M&A. Rouven Bergmann, Chief Financial officer said, "We are always active in terms of screening and exploring M&A opportunities. And it really comes down to multiple factors, valuation, of course, is one. And it was difficult in the last 2 years because prices were extremely high and expectations were very high.
And I think now we are coming more towards a moment of clarity and real valuation that gives us much more opportunities".
