Dataproces upgrades guidance for revenue, EBITDA and ARR in the financial year 2023/24.
Guidance on revenue is revised upwards to

Earlier in the financial year, we made upward adjustments to guidance. It was then very motivated by the fact that the development in our sales of SaaS agreements led to a greater increase in ARR etc. than originally announced. Here at the end of the financial year, we have experienced a very positive development in our other major business area, Data-analyses, which is the reason for the current upward adjustment.
When entering into agreements on the performance of Data-analyses, an estimate is made of how big the benefits the municipality can achieve and thus also the success fee that Dataproces can achieve. During the execution of the Data-analysis, we learn how big the gain will be. And it turns out here at the very end of the financial year that several of our ongoing analyses, which are about to be handed over to the municipalities, lead to significantly greater gains than originally expected. And thus correspondingly greater earnings for Dataproces as well.
This - as well as the arrival ofnew orders which can be produced before the end of the financial year - has an effect on both revenue and EBITDA. That is why we are adjusting our guidance once again. The fact that there is still a range in the announced intervals is due to the fact that the adjustment is based on several analyses, which are being completed and which may develop differently in this phase.
