Daura Capital Corp. announced that it has received CAD 0.25 million in funding from EMX Royalty Corporation and other investors

On December 14, 2020, Daura Capital Corp. (TSXV:DUR.P) closed the transaction. The transaction included from four placees, including Jason Surratt who subscribed for 166,667 shares and new investor EMX Royalty Corporation (TSXV:EMX) who subscribed for 1,200,000 shares for gross proceeds of CAD 180,000 and acquired 17.01% stake.
