Campari Group is thefirst Italian company to join the Unstereotype Alliance, a thought and action platform with themission to eradicate harmful stereotypesin media and advertising content,convened by UN Womenand leveraging the UN'sglobal reachof 193 member states.

Joining Unstereotype Alliance is a very meaningful step to further strengthen Campari Group's commitment toSustainable Development Goal #5, advancing gender equality and the empowerment of womenwhile dismantlingall harmful stereotypesin the pursuit of a truly equal world.

Within this partnership, Campari Group not only commits to thefight against gender discrimination and inequality, but also joins forces with 184 other members globally set out toinfluence culture and society in a positive wayby challenging biased attitudes.

In 2020 Campari Group has declareda new global strategy to further foster diversity, equity and inclusionin the company workplace.
