This is in continuation to our Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) published on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, we have to inform you that Messrs. Junaidy Shoaib Asad, Chartered Accountants, a QCR rated audit firm, has been appointed to act as the Scrutinizer of the Company for the Special Businesses to be transacted at the AGM and to undertake other responsibilities as defined in Regulation 11A of the Companies (Postal Ballot) Regulations, 2018.
Further, the details of e-voting facility and postal ballot along with postal ballot paper has already been given in the notice of AGM published on May 9, 2023
