Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A000210) agreed to acquire an additional 31.13% stake in Samho International Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A001880) from a consortium of sellers for KRW 63.1 billion on June 30, 2017. The agreement is scheduled to be signed on July 7, 2017. Under the terms, Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. will acquire 4.73 million shares at KRW 0.01 million per share.
After completion, Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. will hold 11.07 million shares, representing 72.94% stake in Samho International Co., Ltd. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. on June 30, 2017.
