INVITATION FOR TENDER

DCB Commercial Bank Plc is a fully-fledged retail and commercial bank in Tanzania. The bank offers banking services to Individuals, Microfinance, Small to Medium sized Businesses (MSME), as well as large corporate clients. DCB Bank has a wide branch network of over 8 branches, over 1000 DCB Wakala Agents, and over 280 Umoja switch ATMs serving over 3 million customers across the country.

The bank invites sealed bids from eligible interested bidders (Applicants) to tender for supply of goods and provision of services for 2024 financial year as follows:

21	Preventive maintenance of air conditioners and electrical System
22	Preventive maintenance of motor vehicle
23	Preventive maintenance of fire alarm system service and refilling of fire extinguishers
24	Provision of Car Rental services
25	Supply of computer and accessories

The bank will use Open Tendering method to identify potential firms/companies to be engaged in the supply of goods and provision of services.

Tender documents/instructions are obtained from the bank upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS. 100,000/= paid by bankers' cheque or cash at the DCB Commercial Bank Plc Magomeni Branch, and submission of an official letter for tender document request. No payment will be made by the bank to any applicant in preparing, submitting, discussing or otherwise relating to this tender.
