Coin space Co., Ltd. announced that it has received JPY 140 million in equity funding on May 20, 2019. The transaction included participation from Dear Life Co.,Ltd. (TSE:3245), Living House Co., Ltd., and other business companies.
DEAR LIFE CO., LTD. is engaged in the real estate business. Real estate segment provides a range of real estate-related services, including the development and planning of real estates, investment and management of profitable real estates, asset management, and real estate brokerage. The sales promotion segment provides temporary staffing service which mainly includes sales support staff and clerical staff for condominium sales at model rooms and condominium leasing. The outsourcing service segment provides rental fee collection, payment management, arrears dunning, contract reception and delinquency warranty service.
