DEAR SHAREHOLDER,

We hereby inform you that in accordance with Federal Law No 46-FZ dated 03.08.2022 "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" that took effect on March 8, 2022, at the meeting held on April 15, 2022, the Board of Directors of Detsky Mir PJSC (hereinafter, the Company) made a decision to determine April 25, 2022 as the date before which the shareholders who collectively hold at least 2 percent of the Company's voting shares may make proposals on the items to be included on the agenda of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the proposals on nomination of candidates to be elected to the Company's Board of Directors in addition to such proposals received by the Company earlier, and the shareholders who earlier made the specified proposals shall be entitled to make new proposals instead of those received.

If the shareholders make new proposals on inclusion of items on the agenda of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders and proposals on nomination of candidates to be elected to the Company's Board of Directors, any proposals that were received earlier from such shareholders shall be deemed revoked. The Company's Board of Directors will consider the received proposals on or before April 29, 2022.
