As of December 2011, the Company's portfolio consisted of Nanotron Technologies Ltd (engaged in wireless sensor networks, among others), IG Asset, Inc (engaged in the functional genome analysis), NOXXON Pharma AG (engaged in the development of pharmaceuticals on the basis of Spiegelmer technology)l, and iTAC Software (engaged in collaborative production management system for the discrete manufacturing industry). In June 2014, the Company acquired MueTec GmbH.
