Deutsche Grundstuecksauktionen vormals Berliner Grundstuecksauktionen AG is a Germany-based company, formerly known as Deutsche Grundstuecksauktionen AG. The Company is engaged in auctioning all types of real estate on behalf of private, commercial and public owners in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial/Auctioneers Ordinance. The Company's client are commercial and private owners, as well as the public sector. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries are: Saechsische Grundstuecksauktionen AG, Norddeutsche Grundstuecksauktionen AG, Westdeutsche Grundstuecksauktionen AG, Plettner & Brecht Immobilien GmbH and Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH. In addition to the auction business, Plettner & Brecht Immobilien GmbH is also active in the brokerage business. All companies in the DGA Group only sell properties at their auctions that are sold voluntarily by the owners.
