Digi.Com Berhad announced the Resignation of Mr. Thayaparan A/L S Sangarapillai, age 67, as Non Independent and Non Executive Director, due to make way for the nomination of an additional member of Axiata's management team onto the Board of Digi, effective from 19 January 2023.
