In the segment, the MythBusters team debunks the myth that the VeriMed? microchip is not safe to use with magnetic resonance imaging machines. In addition, one of the hosts of MythBusters volunteers to get a VeriMed microchip on camera.

MythBusters is a television program on the Discovery Channel that tests the validity of various rumors and urban legends in popular culture.
