Digital Garage, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the year ended June 30, 2016. For the period, the company expects net sales of ¥41,000 million, operating income of ¥5,200 million, income before taxes of ¥8,200 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of ¥5,500 million.
Digital Garage, Inc. is a Japan-based company engaged in marketing technology business, financial technology business, incubation technology business and media incubation business. The Company operates in four business segments. The Marketing Technology segment is engaged in the provision of advertisement and promotion utilized Internet technology, as well as the marketing support. The Financial Technology segment is engaged in the design, development and operation of Internet system and ecommerce system. It is also engaged in the sales of software and ecommerce settlement business. The Incubation Technology segment is engaged in the investment and fostering of promising entrepreneurs and start-up companies in Internet business, as well as the development support of software business. The Media Incubation segment is engaged in the new creation and management of media.
