D.A.Consortium Inc. entered into share purchase agreement to acquire 96.8% stake in Emforce Inc. from OPT Holding, Inc. (TSE:2389) for ¥770 million on July 1, 2019. D.A.Consortium Inc. will acquire 0.48 million shares. Following this case, eMFORCE will be excluded from OPT Holding, Inc. consolidated subsidiary. For fiscal year ended December 31, 2018, Emforce has net assets of ¥476 million, total assets of ¥1.8 billion, revenue of ¥1.9 billion, operating income of ¥46 million and net income of ¥70 million. Completion is expected on July 31, 2019.
