Time & Space Co., Ltd. made a tender offer to acquire an additional 0.5% stake in OPT Holding, Inc. (TSE:2389) from Evo Fund of Evolution Capital Management, LLC on February 13, 2017. Time & Space will acquire an additional 0.13 million shares. On completion, Time & Space will own 0.39 million shares. The deal is expected to close on February 14, 2017.
Digital Holdings Inc, formerly OPT Holding Inc is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the Internet advertising business. The Company operates in two business segments.
