WM Growth No. 4 Investment Limited Partnership, a fund managed by WM PARTNERS Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 38.5% stake in redfox, Inc. from OPT Holding, Inc. (TSE:2389) on December 19, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, OPT Holding, Inc. will transfer 0.01 million shares of redfox, Inc. The transaction was resolved by the Board of OPT Holding, Inc. on December 19, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on December 20, 2018.
