Divestco announced the additions of Rob Howey, Albert Scutt, Xuefeng Duo and Nassir Saeed to its processing division. Howey brings over 35 years of experience to the role of chief geophysicist, having worked in numerous senior management positions with Calgary-based seismic services companies. He has built his expertise through numerous land and marine projects focused on time and depth processing. Scutt also brings more than 20 years of seismic data processing experience in the oil industry. As its new processing supervisor, Scutt will draw on his seismic and project lead experience that he's gained with numerous seismic services companies in Calgary and Houston. Duo joins the company as seismic data processor. She has over 10 years of seismic experience and has recently finished her master's degree in geophysics from the University of Alberta on surface and borehole seismic. In the role of seismic data processor, Saeed also boasts more than 10 years of field experience. He has an M.Sc. in geophysics and his ongoing post graduate research work with the University of Calgary's CREWES Project involves multi-component, time lapse processing and time-lapse AVO inversion.
